All products you buy on the site are delivered by UPS - we have chosen this transporter to ensure a high quality and secured delivery of our products to your home.

We offer FREE delivery for a purchase of 2 pairs of slippers or more! *

Please find here below the estimated delivery delays:

• TIMELESS COLLECTION:
• France - within 3 working days
• Europe - within 5 working days
• Middle East - within 10 working days

• PERSONAL TOUCH COLLECTION: The craftsmen need time to produce your slippers. You will receive your customized pair of slippers within 6 to 7 weeks after you order.

If you purchase at the same time a model for the Timeless Collection and Personal Touch Collection, both will be sent at the same time, when the Personal Touch model has been produced.

MEN

For more comfort, we advice you to take 1 size bigger then your outdoor shoes.

WOMEN

For more comfort, we advice you to take a half size bigger then your outdoor shoes.

CHILDREN

Please measure the feet of your children - to do so in good conditions, please let your child stand up straight and measure the feet. Do not hesitate to take a size a bit larger.

RETURNS

The products need to be returned in their original packaging, be in perfect state within 14 days that follow the notification of the buyer’s decision to the vendor.

Returns need to be carried out in their original state and be complete (packaging, accessories etc…) for their remarketing in new condition, and accompanied with the invoice. Damaged, filthy or incomplete products will not be taken back.

Return delivery costs are paid by the Buyer.

During the Sales Period, one can exchange a product when available in stock or get a gift card that is valid for 1 year for furture purchases.

EXCHANGE AND REIMBURSEMENT

The exchange (subject to availability) or the reimbursement will be completed within a delay of 14 days that follows the reception, by the vendor, of the returned products by the buyer following the terms stated above.

The reimbursement represents the amount paid when placing your order and the initial delivery costs.

The possibility to return or exchange a product is intended only for the products of the Timeless collection, is excluded for the sales of personalized and customizable products requested by the buyer and based on his choices.

Return delivery costs are paid by the Buyer.

During the sales period, the products are non-refundable. One can get a gift card valid for 1 year for future purchases.
